We know scheduling consistent workout times can be hard for some, so we book our training sessions week-by-week to offer you the most flexibility. Simply let us know what days/times work best for you, and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule!
We have a wide range of available days and times including mornings, afternoon, evenings and weekends. Childminding is also available most days until 3pm. Please contact us for availability.

We have a wide range of available days and times including mornings, afternoon, evenings and weekends. No need to be locked into a specific schedule, and we will give you homework exercises to do between sessions. Basic home equipment such as resistance bands, light dumbbells, stability ball, and step are recommended but we will work with what you have!
The in- studio classes we offer are not drop-in, but rather by appointment. This schedule stays consistent every week, except for the holiday season and statutory holidays. After you have completed your assessment and purchased a package of group sessions, simply use the MindBody app to book your classes week-by-week; without being locked into a consistent schedule.
**Our classes are capped at 6 ladies per group, and the workouts are organized into stations of circuits in order to keep everyone 2m apart. All equipment is sanitized between uses. The training area is approximately 1600 sq feet and has very high ceilings, ensuring ample space and air circulation (not at all a "moist" environment)! There is also a large overhead door that can be opened.**
