Winter 2021 Update

We are fully open by appointment! We are committed to keeping everyone safe & healthy. 


- Our staff is fully vaccinated. 

- We sanitize equipment between uses.

- Everyone is in their own station distanced from others in our small groups (max 5 clients per class in a 2000sq ft studio with high ceilings). 

- Mask use is not required while exercising.


Childminding is available free of charge Mon-Sat 9am-3pm by an amazing Early Childhood Educator.

For those who prefer virtual training, we also offer ONLINE assessments, 1-on-1 & group training.
