Christina views exercise as medicine. She started working in the fitness industry after she realized that a desk job in the mechanical engineering field was just not for her. She has been passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through exercise since 2008.
She is a Certified Personal Trainer with 12 years experience, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach - all with nationally/internationally recognized institutions. She has taken many continuing education courses to keep up to date with new training techniques and equipment. She is also qualified to teach the Hypopressive technique (Level 1, 2 & 3), a unique way to train the core and pelvic floor.
As a busy mom of 4 beautiful daughters, she has first-hand experience with pre and post-natal training. Christina loves to empower women, helping them to return to activities they love despite pelvic floor concerns or other limitations. She loves playing detective - finding the root cause of discomforts and imbalances - then using corrective exercises to restore proper muscle/joint function. Life with kids is busy and challenging, but staying healthy is the best gift a mother could give to her children. Christina will give you the tools you need to be the healthiest parent you can be.

Amy has been passionate about fitness for most of her life. She’s been a runner, a bodybuilder, a yogi, and even occasionally, a burlesque dancer. Her primary area of interest is helping women learn and grow confident through strength training.
In her life before children, Amy earned degrees in both psychology and education. Before starting a career as a personal trainer, Amy was a teacher and brings her passion for teaching into the gym. She holds current certifications as a Personal Training Specialist, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, as well as CPR/AED training. She is also qualified to teach the Hypopressive technique (Level 1 and Level 2).
As a mother of two small children, Amy has a wealth of personal experience in postpartum rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping everyone live a life rich in fitness and movement, with a particular interest in helping women rebuild and grow stronger after having children. Her favourite part of training others is when she sees a client approach the dumbbell rack with total self-assurance. Lifelong fitness and function are attainable through safe, fun, and effective exercise! See you at the studio!
We are open! 1-on-1, couples, and ladies small group training. By appointment only, no walk-ins.
We are committed to keeping everyone safe & healthy. We sanitize all equipment between uses and keep everyone 3m apart in our small groups (max 4 clients per course in our large 2000sq ft studio with high ceilings). Our staff is fully vaccinated.
Childminding is available free of charge.
We are also offering ONLINE assessments, 1-on-1 & group training.
